CZone Digital Switching

CZone DC interfaces are engineered to revolutionize how DC power is distributed and managed, replacing bulky mechanical panels with networked, intelligent modules. Combination Output Interface (COI)
The CZone COI is a high-density module that consolidates up to 30 inputs and outputs, effectively replacing entire breaker panels with one smart unit. It features four high-current (25A) and twelve dimmable low-current (10A) outputs, eight analog sensor inputs, mechanical and electronic fuse protection, and current monitoring. Plug-and-play Deutsch connectors and IPX5 water ingress protection make installation robust and efficient, while advanced automation and programmable logic meet the needs of complex, high-capacity systems—ideal for both large vessels and versatile mobile installations.

Control X
Control X is CZone’s most advanced, waterproof digital switching module, crafted for high-end, mission-critical vessels and specialty vehicles. It combines ultra-flexible analog and digital I/O with high-current solid-state outputs, advanced dimming, H-bridge motor control, wiper sync, and built-in RGB lighting control. Dual CAN networking—including CZone, NMEA 2000, and auxiliary busses—enables limitless expansion, while onboard diagnostics, redundant feeds, capacitive touch bypass, and software fusing make Control X the intelligent heart of the most sophisticated power systems.

RV-1 (Remote Valve Interface)
The RV-1 is custom-designed for the RV and specialty vehicle market, packing an impressive 76 input and output channels—including 8 H-bridge reversing motor channels for direct slide-out, shade, or leveling control, plus built-in tank and battery monitoring. Its 70% smaller footprint compared to legacy systems, support for 12V/24V, and integration with CZone, RV-C, CAN, and LIN busses make the RV-1 a versatile powerhouse for comprehensive automation of plumbing, climate, and energy systems at minimal cost and complexity.

Contact 6 Plus
Contact 6 Plus delivers a robust and affordable digital switching solution for applications requiring six 15A solid-state outputs with dimming and load-shedding capability. Designed for fast installation as a standalone module or as part of larger CZone networks, Contact 6 Plus incorporates circuit bypass, mechanical fuse protection, load timers, dimming, and NMEA 2000 connectivity. It’s a rugged, IPX5-rated building block for streamlining wiring and optimizing power management in both distributed and centralized control schemes.

DDS (Digital Distribution System)
The DDS module offers the highest channel density for small boats or vehicles, supporting up to 40 channels through a mix of relay and MOSFET outputs—10 relays (up to 20A) and 5 low-current MOSFETs—for lights, pumps, and accessory loads. It features mechanical fuse bypass, PWM lighting control, analog tank and sensor inputs, and IP65-rated housing for budget-friendly, space-constrained installations. The DDS greatly simplifies wiring, supports integrated bilge pump monitoring, and extends digital switching to even the most compact or price-sensitive projects.
